This place was great. Clean and accommodating. It was 30 degrees and it was nice and warm . Had everything you need. Shampoo, conditioner , pots, pans, cups. Just bring your food or snacks. Close to shops. Will definitely be staying here again

Good beds clean rooms. Great location. Only downside is management is not in the office on the weekend. Also there used to be an awesome outdoor hot tub here. It is still there but they have it shut down and same with the pool. This used to be a huge draw for this place, now it is just sad that it is closed.

No hot tub like shown on the map of the facilities. Heather made a clanking noise. Not all the lights worked. No staff on location. Entire room has a slope to it which made showering and taking a bath uncomfortable. Also ran out of hot water. Bathroom didn't have a real door. And the kitchenette was only a hotplate which took forever to hear up.

I read on Travel Advisor how much travelers enjoyed staying here. It is verrrry basic. Very clean, & a lovely family run it. Looks as if built 40 years ago. No daily service. I stayed 3 night & hung my towel to dry overnight. No microwave, no small refrigerator, no phone, Wi-Fi could only be used outside. Think of any perk you like, it’s not there. The swimming pool was stacked with lumber. I would not return.

Location is perfect, within walking distance to downtown. Clean, comfortable and cozy! Contactless check-in and out, and early arrival times makes for a even better long weekend. Will most definitely try to stay every time we are in town!!

Great location and setting. A very nice, clean room with rustic appointments. Nicely stocked kitchen with basic cooking and eating utensils. Only disappointment was that the indoor pool is no longer operational. Some websites do not indicate this. However, property website does NOT list it as an amenity. Check-in time was most accommodating and the contactless check-in procedure works beautifully. You receive a text and email with cabin number and door code along with detailed instructions on arrival procedure. We will definitely stay again!

The people here are SO friendly and really made us feel welcome. There was an odd odor when I opened the door - gas wall heater. This place was cleaner than some of the 4 & 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. The bed and sheets were so cozy it was hard to crawl out in time for 11 am checkout. We will definitely stay here again and again.

We pulled in on a rainy afternoon. After sightseeing through puddles and rain showers all day, us Desert Lizards were a little chilly! Since the heat had been turned off for the summer...Tony brought in a portable heater for us! So we snuggled down and remained toasty all night long. The sound of raindrops on the roof all night was an added bonus! Everything else is cute as a button and charmingly rustic. It was our first stay, but it won't be the last.

Yes. I think these are BASIC things every lodge or hotel need to have. Think about it, if you go out to eat and you order something to go, you would like the option of being able to store it at the lodge you are staying at. These two missing things ended up costing me a lot more because I was forced to buy 3 meals a day. I originally intended to get groceries to save money on my trip. Also, there is no lobby after 6pm so if you need something from someone it would be harder to get assistance Other than this the place is nice to stay and it has a sauna for those cold days
