We stayed at the Bestway Inn enroute from Roswell to Alamogordo. Ruidoso is about halfway between the two, along the Lincoln Narional Forest. There are several hotels to choose from along the main road through Ruidoso and the Bestway Inn is ideal for travelers looking for an affordable room without all the frills.
