The location in Ruidoso, New Mexico is understaffed. There was one person trying to do everything. She was very nice and helpful though! My stay at the hotel was pretty nice. I was not impressed with the Jacuzzi/pool area, as it was in serious need of some maintenance. The jets didn't work well at all in the jacuzzi and the paint on the floor was chipped away. Aside from that the hotel was excellent.

I booked this hotel because could not find something else available, bad bad choice. Never stay there. The front desk was rude, charged us extra for more than 2 people in a queen room, said that to use the governement rate you have to be working???
