this place is awesome. first of all it is 5 minutes away walking from outlets. they have LCD tv's, new furniture, new carpet , and the bed and pillows were so comfy to sleep on. “Worst stay ever”

We stayed here two nights to visit the premium outlet. Awful service at the main desk, awful breakfast. We asked for a non smoking room, and we got a room full of smoke. The rooms were terrible. “Great value accommodation close to Woodbury Common outlets....”

We stayed in the newly renovated rooms which had new furniture, LCD TV and wifi. Breakfast was adjacent to the Office and had limited choices. The guest use PCs were not working well though. Overall, it is good value just because of its proximity to the outlet mall. More

“American Best Value Inn - A Seedy Hotel”

The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to the outlet mall. The Indians who run the place are money-grabby, and at a slow period, defintiely negotiate the prince. I was not happy when we got in our room. It looked a little dirty and outdated. The price was very convenient since me and my husband went to do some shopping at the Woodbury Commons. I wouldn't stay here again. I rather drive back home. More

Lobby smelled, could only hold 2 tiny tables, advertised continental breakfast was cheerios or cornflakes and stale white bread. Service was terrible. Website says you could get a rollaway bed for 10/night but front desk refused saying not tonight with no explanation whatsover. Rooms are dingy, towels threadbare. Only plus is its proximity to Woodbury Commons. More
