Jessica at reception was awesome. Room was great. Quick with request for rollaway. Offer included parking for up to 2 weeks. Shuttle was efficient, although both vehicles used could use some repair. Free breakfast was adequate.

“Give this one a pass.. not worth it!”

I wouldn't suggest this place. Carpets aren't clean. Never got that wake up call I asked for. When I asked for shampoo and soap, I was told to go in search of house-keeping staff on one of the floors. Complimentary breakfast is really bad!

I have stayed at Best Western (near Buffalo Air Port) 2 times and was happy both times. The service was very good and the price was reasonable. The shuttle service to and from the Air Port was also very good. I will stay there again when flying to other US cities.
