Hosts Charlene and Jim provide everything you'll need in a stressfree environment. Their breakfast creativity is to die for, so get there before December 2012. They aren't just hosts I know, they've become friends my wife and I enjoy being around.

We had a fantastic stay at the Phinney house while in cooperstown NY. The B&B was clean, the location was walking distance to anything you want (borders the ball field), and the people were great.
