Our favorite place to spend kids' Spring Break. Clean, quiet and cheap! We did rent a RV Cabin during last 3 years and enjoyed our time at this campground. Kids got a decent camping experience and got ready for tent camping (too bad BB doesn't offer tents' spots). Usually we brought our own bedlinen/towels/toiletries/ bath rug/broom/flip flops/small rug. There are... More

When we stayed at Black Bear Campground, Florida, NY, we noticed they had done and were continuing to do a lot of work to upgrade the park. It seems "on the surface" like they have upgraded their electrical hookups. For those of you traveling in big rigs "BEWARE". They say 50 amp; but, it must be 50 amp service with... More

We stayed here last summer. Often times we enjoy switching up our campground choices to experience variety. We were put into a simple, yet fairly sizable cabin complete with a kitchenette and bathroom. The bed was pretty comfortable and there was even a little TV, though the reception was not very good. We enjoyed the porch attached to the cabin... More

We stayed here for work. They had us in the gravel area in the upper part. No trees, no grass, and the garbage dumpstes were directly behind my camper. Now that being said, the sites were fairly roomy, the shower facilities were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice as well. I wouldn't call it terrible... More

We chose this campground because of their advertised feature for tours to New York City. Our campsite was located on the upper level of the campground. It was very nice, backing up to woods. The restrooms and showers were adequate and clean. We recommend requesting the upper level. It is newer and larger motor homes and 5th wheels should have... More
