Have been a customer of this hotel for many years but disappointed that the rooms have not been modernized.......HVAC system still on a floor/radiator system and decor is dated.....the lobby and grounds remain well kept but money needs to be spent on the rooms.....at a non-discounted room rate, the value is not there.

This hotel is stuck in the 70's. Dodgy decor, old fashioned rooms, noisy inefficient air con, expensive bar and restaurant. This hotel seems to be entirely frequented by airline crew now. Kept awake most of the night by a barking dog in the adjacent room. In general I would avoid this hotel. The staff we not particularly friendly either.

No pool which was disappointing outdoors , seems to be the thing in the area , old world or should I say old fashioned, very Laura Ashley design from the 70's needs a face lift but clean and across the street from the station to the city.
