The staff went above and beyond to make all family and friends staying under our block of rooms feel comfortable and welcome. They were especially helpful with coordinating rental cars and airport transportation for the out of town guests. Very pleasant hotel. Room was spacious with coffee maker, iron and a very large bathroom. Decorated in traditional chintz. Beautiful town full of red and yellow tulips. Customer service is great, but this has got to be the WORST BED/PILLOW COMBINATION EVER. Was there on business and was tempted to stay at another hotel the last night b/c could not get a good night sleep. No problem with the service, but they have to upgrade ASAP!!!!! More
