We have been told by other campers and by some reveiws that this is the land of NO and the staff is rude. My family just returned from our 3rd stay there and this couldn't be further from the truth. This time I brought 3 other families from our camping group (we were the stragglers that waited too long and... More

Checked in Tuesday afternoon with my 2 children ages 14 & 10 around 5:30 pm. The woman at the front desk, Mary I think was her name, was very polite, cheerful and helpful. She did her best to give us a site with shade but the trees are few in the middle area of the grounds. Not a problem for... More

The place was clean but almost too clean because you would get yelled at for "breaking rules " . It's not family friendly and it's packed tight. Also they have breed restrictions but every camp site has a dog it's stupid. For a place that is pricey they don't have much to offer! I would definitely read the online reviews..... More

This was the 3rd visit to ELIK and like other visits this was a delight and a joy. The fee is pricey but worth it! The staff greeted us with a welcoming smile and were most helpful and pleasant. Our spacious campsite was beautifully groomed and clean with a table and a burning pit. We were guided to our site... More

We camped for a week at the ELIKG this past summer with our RV as we have for the past several summers. The camping fees are high - $65/night (which is very high for camping sites) but we pay this for the accommodations - children activities, swimming pool, garbage pick up, etc. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Upon our arrival... More

Great place/setting and staff for a family camping trip. From tents to Motorhomes they offer room for everyone. Hope place is set up like a nice secluded community for kids and adults to relax worry free. Great event weekends and daily activities. The area offers so much to do or not to do. Definitely recommend. Check out the weekend in... More

I have been coming to this campground for more than ten years, however, recently it has gone down hill. As others have stated quite a few of the sites have been divided into two sites. Some are so small RVs are not able to open their canopies. The men's restrooms are relatively clean, but while we were there the ladies... More

Camped here in a tent while doing some local cycling on the North Fork. It was a great an convenient home-base for us. Staff was friendly when we arrived (including the resident chocolate lab, Max) and they let us follow them down to our campsite (we'd never been there before so this helped). Restrooms and showers were clean and had... More
