This hotel is similar to other Hamptons that I've been too - nice rooms with desks, microwaves and fridges. Complimentary breakfast has lots of options. Exercise room and pool looked nice, hot tub out of order during our visit. Looking forward to returning, hope they repair the hot tub SOON.

The room itself was nice, comfortable bed but that old stale cigarette smoke was in there. When I booked hotel I specifically asked about pool & jacuzzi, they said both working. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. When I got there jacuzzi had been broken for a month. Pool was not heated. Free breakfast was ok. Wouldn't go back.

Their only suggestion was to shuttle me to a laundromat. My suggestion was that I check out and go to a hotel that meets the basic standards of the Hilton family of hotels. At least they promptly honored the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

There was an initial mistake made by the front desk clerk - he gave us keycards to a room already occupied. Luckily, the guests in that room were out at the time - very awkward. We were satisfied with the room we had. I think they were very nice accomodations for the price. We would stay there again.

This is a very mid-range hotel with nothing special for the price. There is also nothing wrong for the price. I bit more attention to maintenance issues (like broken window shades) would make this a more attractive place to stay.

Everything at the hotel was clean, and most of the staff was amazing. I reported a noise incident on 2 different occasions and the staff said they would fix it but did nothing to resolve my issue. Other than that it was good!

Our room was in need of a good cleaning and refurbishing. The furniture was stained. The bathroom walls and fixtures had splatters of toothpaste and rust from grab bars dripping down shower wall. Have stayed at this hotel before with good experience. This trip we had a very noisy heating.air conditioning unit in our room the first night We told the front desk staff the following morning and they changed our room and didn't charge us for the first night, The staff was very helpful and dealt with our experience professionally.
