I only stay at this hotel when there is no other choice. I've had to stay there when my first choice Courtyard Marriott was booked. “Great stay, spacious rooms!”

Dropped into the Sheraton late at night and the front desk employees were very gracious. We checked out the room beforehand and it was very clean. All was as it should have been. Called downstairs once and they were very friendly. Airport shuttle and a shuttle to other well knows in the area. Great stay!!

“Decent Stopover Hotel”

Stayed here just for the night to catch a flight next morning. Shuttle runs every half hour and it is not too far from JFK. Bedroom and Bathroom are nice. Club level has coffee machine and place to hangout in the lounge which is nice, so you are not sitting in the room.

Stayed here for one night, as one of the better hotels at the airport. The staff were excellent, most friendly I had experienced in my week trip, the rooms were nice, and the restaurant good. However while eating my dinner I was distracted by workers hanging pictures around the restaurant.

This hotel is over all nice , a definite three star. The decor is up to date the rooms are cozy. The staff is nice & polite . Other than the toe nail that was on my allegedly clean bathroom floor. I can't complain.
