Stayed one night and have no complaints. Very efficient shuttle service to and from JFK. Room was clean, functional, but about 10% smaller than a typical HGI. Very quiet despite being next to a major road. Did not hear any planes either.
PROS:
--lower room rates compare to Hilton JFK, Courtyard JFK, and about the same as the Fairfield Inn....

This is one of the most customer friendly hotels I have stayed in. The entire staff is aware of your needs and goes the "extra distance" to be sure you are pleaswed with your stay. The lobby and restaurant are currently being renovated and will be completed by the end of April. Excellent food and staff.
