We don't mind "bare bones" and need few amenities, but come on! $75 for a tiny, not well cleaned room, the worst quality linens (sheet and towels and pillows) no pen or paper in room, no instructions for television or station listing, no phone book. Requested 2nd floor - got 1st floor in very noisy corner with loud/clanging horrible door, all night long. Breakfast was very skimpy. Up half the night. I would say that the prior review was a bit tough. For the price being paid you get a lot. A clean room with refrig. and microwave, a basic continental breakfast, internet computer in the lobby, etc. Also there is a good Italian restaurant just down the road that the front desk can tell you about. With only two motels in town, the Super 8 is adequate for a short stay. Although there are 3 stories, there is NO elevator.
