Based on my experience in this hotel price range, this Holiday Inn is average in the following aspects: so so restaurant food (although very sweet staff on Saturday morning), cramped bathrooms, very noisy air conditionning units (62dB, the equivalent of a home vacuum cleaner), a small exercise room with run down gym equipement, and "nothing to write home about" reception... Clean. Friendly service. Nice pool, spa and sauna. Good value. Well positioned next to the I 87. Great to have a fridge n microwave as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Nice touch. We spent Easter at Lake George with our children. It was fanastic. We hit the outlets and the children spent the day at Gore Mountain skiing. We ate every meal at the hotel. Enjoyed the weekend. Great staff, very friendly! Very accommodating. There was a 10 year old birthday party in room next to us so they upgraded us to a suite. Hotel restaurant and bar were very good. Food was delicious, staff was great .
