“Delightful Overnight”

The 3rd night of our 5-day Finger Lakes bike ride was comfortably and enjoyably spent at The Federal House. Michael and Donna were most gracious in welcoming us and providing for our needs. The house, bedroom, yard, porch, hearty & delicious breakfast, and awesome waterfall nextdoor were most appreciated, and will always be pleasant memories!

“Wonderful place to relax and visit all that Ithaca has to offer.”

We thoroughly enjoyed our cozy room, the delicious breakfast, the knowledgable innkeepers and all the area has to offer. Be sure to take a stroll down the block to the gorgeous waterfall. This b&b has all you need for a stressfree vacation.

“Great stay in the finger lakes.”

Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. Just 20 minutes from Downtown Ithaca, and close to wineries and hiking trails. The entire Inn is nicely renovated and spotless! The homemade breakfast was a treat - and different each day. Donna went out of her way to make us feel welcome.
