Wyndham staff were superb!!! Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Mia familia restaurant was fantastic. Hotel was clean, close to the city. The staff really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

I stayed for one quick night during my last trip home and again this hotel did not disappoint! The beds are comfortable, I had a very restful sleep. Service is great- front desk staff was friendly and welcoming! This is definitely my #1 choice of where to stay when I'm in NY, sorry mom and dad!

Of course it would be better to stay in Manhattan, butthat usually will cost u about the double of what a stay in this hotel costs. Five of us checking in had 5 different amounts we had to leave for "incidentals" ranging from 125.00 to zero. Not good. There was no restaurant (I assume due to construction) and the van wasn't accessible.

Overall our stay at this location was great. The only downfall of our stay was that the Food Network was taping the whole week. We were not able to use there Bar/Resturant. Either than that We would recommend and plan to stay there on our next Trip NY City.
