Way too late, I called in hopes of getting October reservations at River Hill. It looked perfect...a lovely house overlooking the Hudson River. I made a reservation inquiry for my birthday. they told me there was one room available and I replied that I wanted to reserve that room. they did not respond me all day and then I sent a follow up email. They responded and said that the room was taken by someone else. I'm extremely frustrated since it's the labor... More

We spent two nights here. A warm welcome from Ellen, delicious breakfasts and the view of the Hudson from the wrap around porch is unbeatable! Close to the sights, yet away from the hustle bustle. More

We stayed a night in early February (very off season!) and really enjoyed the time. The owners have done a fine job of restoring this late-Victorian summer home.
