Lovely looking facility, Nice room amenities and flat screen tv. The bed pillows are small and lumpy. Heat, while room controlled, is part of the air conditioner and noisy. No breakfast included. Good for a night but better value elsewhere. More

At least once every stay housekeeping decides to skip our room.  No thermostats, just a blasted room heater/cooler that cycles continuously. Easy check in/check-out, nice bedding, nice shower/bathroom. We had no fridge or microwave in the room. Clean rooms and hotel in general. Beware in winter rooms are not very well insulated especially around the windows and cold air blows right on in causing the heater to run constantly. I booked online (definitely did not select a smoking room), but was given a smoking room anyway. Management absolutely refused to move us to a non-smoking room; as sleeping in a smoking room was impossible for all three in our party, I had to walk away from a pre-paid room and find another hotel to sleep in for the night.
