Arrival featured being checked into a room that was already occupied. Front desk blamed housekeeping but eventually found me a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Rooms are a bit dreary and feel a little dated. Things are clean but definitely showing wear- for example, the carpet needs to be replaced and the "re-bath" style bathroom (plastic tub put in on top of original tub) is kind of gross.
