We had such a great stay at Cold Spring Manor B & B! The house is so delightful, warm and so inviting and comfortable. This was our first time staying here and we will definately be back! The hospitality was charming and breakfast outstanding - highly recommnend to anyone visiting the area!
I stayed in Cold Spring Manor for 14 nights with my angling buddy during sept / oct 2010, we travelled from Ireland to fish the nearby Salmon river.

Cold spring manor B&B was beautiful. The room was clean, neat and nicely furnished. The bathroom, while lacking a tub, was completely updated with pedastal sink. This place is a hidden gem, right off of the Rte 81, 35 minutes north of Syracuse NY. Very Clean, quiet road at night, great to sleep with the windows open to smell the fesh air, hear the frogs from the pond and hear the birds.
