When my son's baseball team was honored with a opportunity to play a game on the famous Doubleday Field in Cooperstown, NY, of course the family & I were going up to spend a week in this cozy little BaseBall Town USA. I searched the Internet of various motels, hotels and B&B in the area. I sure was glad when...

I just cannot say enough good things about this place. We were visiting the hall of fame and spent the night with my wife. We decided to try the Easter buffet, it was outstanding! Appetizers, soup, salads, delicious side dishes, and carved meats, and bite size desserts- I tried all of them! We are planning to go back for mother's...

It was raining and I made a wrong turn and all of a sudden, I saw this huge old place that looked mega-interesting! My friend and I had already had lunch, but they graciously served us desert and allowed me to take pictures! I hope to go again someday and have a full meal here. AND, they graciously gave me...

Our wedding party and other friends our age stayed at this hotel for the entire weekend of our Cooperstown wedding. Though the Lake House is located about 15 minutes north of the village proper, the property is nestled next to a lovely lake and within a 5 minute-drive of a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. in Richfield Springs.
With bedrooms...

Had been to the restaurant before and didn't care for it, but we received a coupon, checked the menu on-line and thought it might have changed cooks or something. We were seated in the Tavern by a very nice hostess, waitress. She did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. Walking in you pass by a very cluttered working desk...

It is always helpful to have someone take the time to write a review- of course, it is nice to have a good review but bad reviews are helpful, too. The reviewer is right, my desk, tends to be cluttered. During the winter months, business is slow and it is helpful to me to have my desk where I can...
