The Location was really why we chose this hotel, it was very close to everything downtown. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The balconies offered great views of the surrounding city.

Friendly and efficient staff, very clean facility, good food and excellent service. Great pool and business center, impeccably clean room and bathroom. Whenever I am travelling I stay at a Hampton Inn. In Rochester, NY, this Hampton is the only one I'll stay at; it's convenient to the highway and good restaurants and shopping.

I've stayed at Hampton Inn in Rochester many times. All of the staff is very courteous and helpful. The workout room has equipment that is clean and in working order. The breakfast buffet is awesome!! I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Standard Hampton Inn with good wifi, multiple electric plugs by the bed, frig and microwave in the room. The breakfast was good but they didn't have the pitchers of ice water that are standard. The front desk was extra helpful.

Over Spring break I took my child to upstate Ny to visit Niagara Falls. I stayed at this Hampton Inn because it was close to the National Museum of Play, and an hour from the Falls. Noise levels from the room next door were way too loud. We complained twice, they finally quieted down, but then were given a wake up call at 12:20 am, appearently by the room next door. Additionally my daughter's bed had empty sunflower shells in it. They weren't hers either as she doesn't eat them.
