Apparently, although this hotel advertises being a hotel and "conference center," they are simply not equiped to handle any type of conference. Customer Service and rooms are simply lacking. Stayed here this weekend on the fan club rate for the Rochester Knighthawks. HAd stayed here before and that made the reservation call easy. This is not a pleasant place to stay rooms are dark and dingy, the room stinks, bed linen isn't fresh. Towels have stale smell. Windows dirty, they need to do better. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel was ok but there was a bug on my bed but they were good about switching me to a different room but i will never stay here again the breakfast wasn't the good at all.my room was very hot couldn't sleep at all.
