Dirty. Unforgiveably rude front desk staffer ( dark-haired white male in 30s, with no name tag or discernable uniform) who should be retrained or fired.shabby, peeling wallpaper. crumbling plaster visible. The whole thing is somewhat worn down and outdated. Almost everything suffers from a lack of renovation. The breakfast is very poor - no warm food. Staff is helpful and friendly. The room was worn down but clean and the pillow-test (does it smell clean ?) was positive. More

Last month, I stayed at this hotel while I attended a convention nearby. Overall, I would say the staff were friendly and professional but the hotel was not luxurious.
