We just happened upon this hotel in September 2011 and were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, neat, comfortable, and very affordable. The front desk staff was friendly, too. On a two-week trip across several states, it was one of the most reasonably-priced hotels we found and although plain, provided the essentials of cleanliness and service. We'd stay again! More

The Comfort Inn Rochester was a pleasant surprise. I stayed here for an extended period and can say without reservation that my stay here was EXCELLENT. The house staff were phenomenal. They were genuine, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The hotel has new beds (extremely comfortable) and really clean accommodations. What more could you ask for? It was perfect! More
