We live approx 60 miles north of this KOA and we we're looking to do some pre season camping and we saw that this KOA opened April first so we decided to give it a try. We stay for two nights and we had a great time. The owners were doing grounds work getting the campground ready for the upcoming season... More

We needed a big-rig and pet-friendly spot for the night, and this was great for us. We got in much later than we expected... we called ahead of time, and the owners waited up to check us in. Even so late, they escorted us to our site and made sure we had everything we needed. Our pull-through site was PLENTY... More

We have stayed here many times over the years. We spent one night here this summer as we were passing through and, we just booked Columbus day weekend. I have never had a bad experience here. Wayne and Gail are very friendly, as are the rest of the staff. Some of the sites are close together, the pool was clean... More

This was a stopover for us and worked ok for that reason. The site was a pull though but so near trees we could not use the awning but luckily it was very shady and was not needed. Some of the sites were closer to each other than others. The area we camped in was quite tight but campground was... More

We love the KOA and go several times in the summer. The bouncy house, playground and pool were all in perfect order this past weekend. The owners stayed up late waiting for us to check in on Friday and were friendly as always. (Though they are New Yorkers, so they're not particularly warm and fuzzy!) I feel like I never... More

NEVER in my many years of camping have I ever experienced such INHOSPITABLE camp owners. After driving 3 hrs, our family arrived at around 12:30pm. We knew check in was not until 2pm but usually, if the site is not occupied, places usually allow you to go to your site so you can set up. At the general store there... More

We went to go Zip-lining at Hunter Mountain and this is one place to camp that was close by. It's definitely a family and dog friendly place. On Memorial Day weekend, every campsite was taken so there were families, kids and pets all over the place. Their competition, Rip Van Winkle Campsite, is only up the road and it looked... More

I read some of these reviews and I'm amazed. This IS a campground, OMG, it may be dusty, really? We haul a 30' 5th wheel from MA to this location purposely 3-4 times a season that takes us 2 hrs each way, because it is one of the best sites that we've been to. We've been to plenty of KOA's... More

We stayed there overnight in our small Class A RV and were extremely disappointed. We have stayed at many other KOA's and other campgrounds and have never encountered such a poorly kept facility. The road into the facility isn't even gravel, it's just a dirt road that is so dusty you can hardly see where you're driving. Everything throughout the... More

Traveled in 5th Wheel. Pulled in on friday and should have known by how the sites were not full. Sites were very close together. Our fire pit was right next to our neighbors sewer and far too close to both trailers. We were not able to use fire pit or awning. The pool was not clear and bathrooms hadn't been... More
