We stayed here one night because of the price. It was worth the 20 mile drive from Ellicottville to save nearly $75 on the room from the ski town's prices. The one thing I expect from economy lodging is cleanliness, and this place was clean. Other reviewers complained of noise, but my stay was quiet. I did not eat the breakfast. It's well-located for basic shopping needs.
