I stay here often. It is ok for what I need it for. I really hate the slow elevator. But for work and at a descent price. It serves its purpose

Perfect for just a quick overnight stay. Decent continental breakfast. Easy access to highway. There were some hairs on the hair dryer. Our room was right by the stairwell and you could really hear the stairwell door slam. When our room was cleaned, they did not replenish the mouthwash or the wash cloths. But for the price, it really wasn't...

I stayed here with my 2 daughters and grandbaby as we had a funeral on Staten Island. I booked thru Priceline and due to how I bid, I was only booked for 2 nights rather than the 3 which I needed. It all worked out fine as we were able to get the extra night thru the hotel directly. We...

I only stayed here one day as I was driving through, but I got a great deal through a friends and family rate and stayed in a large room with great light from the window. Very clean, friendly staff, parking was a bit of a pain and with only a few spots it is first come first serve...but leave your...

No microwaves or fridges. Ice despenser is in the basement with the only vending and breakfast area.
We DID...

Stayed here 7 months ago and although rooms are small and front desk looked under construction, it was new and clean. Forget that it overlooks what was the world's largest landfill. Back in town and shocked at the deterioration. Front desk area still looks unfinished. I forgot that the "closet" is too small for a garment bag and it felt...

Stayed here for four nights. It is a fairly new hotel and clean, but as with alot of new build hotels the soundproofing was terrible. I had noisy neighbors and it made for a slightly more stressful stay than I would have hoped. The lift always took a very long time to come which was often caused by people jamming...

After being shuffled over to HIE from the Comfort Inn next door, check in was pleasant enough. However when I opened the door to the room, I was greeted by a stifling heat wave. I was ready to call down to the desk to report the A/C out, when a quick investigation revealed that the heat was on in the...
