Your hotel is beautiful and the rooms are immaculate. Your staff is second to none the service I received from Josie, Julianna Jamie and LIssette were second to none I would give them all 10 stars if I could. Only stayed for one night this trip but will definitely return and recommend this location to friends that frequent New York.

Stephen was a wonderful host. Very helpful, outgoing, and great with the kids. Visiting with him made for a great start to our first trip to NY. Everyone at the hotel was fantastic. We drove up here from Texas, and have found, to our surprise, Staten Island to be the friendliest place we've stopped so far.
