This place was not bad, at least we got a clean restroom and a good bed for sleep. Closer to highway, 20 minutes drive from niagara falls and just beside the main street. This place was a good value. It was easy to find, on a main road, close to the freeway, with lots of restaurants/stores nearby. The woman running the front desk was nice. Our room was clean. This place is VERY dark and ghetto!! and when we entered the washroom, ALL we saw was BUGS on the floor!! YUCK! We were so scared and want to leave the room!! Didnt sleep well at all and afraid to use the washroom! not a great place to stay, just make u ichy and scared!! More

Only stayed here 1 night. It wasn't bad for a low key night. Not to far away from downtown area of Buffalo. The room looked dingy and old. The service wasn't that great but what do you expect for the price. Not a bad place to stay but don't have high expectations. More

they offer big, clean rooms. the staff are not that polite, but the hotel deserves 5 star overall for this price. you can go to the Niagara Falls in less than an hour. More

This was a nightmare. I booked online and went to the motel around 2.00 a.m. with my family including my 6-months old. Because of the time we arrived and the baby, the manager tried to rip us off by bumping the on-line price by 30%.
