The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. Price is good. As a family with a new-born 4 months old, we pretty much need everything - microwave, boiling hot water, ice, storage.. these are all very accessible even though they are not in your room. Perfect hotel experience for those who are on budget :)

If you're looking for an overnite/limited days stay in the Western NY area check into the Microtel Tonawanda. Rooms are on the smaller side but for the price it is a great deal!
