The hotel is easily accessible from Rt. 87, It is clean, new and with friendly staff. It has a great sports bar on premises. The breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced. I will definitely stay there again.

If you don't mind a little drive to visit attractions near NY's capitol region, this is a very satisfying hotel. Sitting on a hill in the tired city of Troy is a sparkling clean, stylish, comfortable HGI that really delivers value. From the sports pub's delicious food to the large, comfortable lobby to the good sized rooms, this hotel was...

Stayed one night as a guest using a gift voucher. Breakfast for two was included. Internet was free and the beds were adjustable to accommodate desired firmness. Duvet cover is replaced when each guest arrives. I liked this. I also liked the fact that you needed your room key in the elevator to gain access to the rooms. Breakfast was...

The Hilton Garden is the best hotel Troy has had in many years. I travel to Troy annually for 2 nights with my wife to a fraternity reunion. I've been doing it for 30 and have seen several hotels come and go in Troy. We got a decent group rate ($109). The location is convenient, plenty of free parking, rooms...

Stayed here on my Hilton HHonors Points with my husband and 18 y.o. son who will be going to RPI next fall. The hotel was very nice. Same as the traveler before me, we got the 2 free bottles of water upon arrival (and I'm Silver, not Gold) as well as the warm cookies. (No free breakfast though)
The beds...

Spent 1 night at the Hilton Garden Inn while touring RPI. I've stayed at Hilton's before but first time at a Garden Inn. An overall excellent experience. Check in took all of 2 minutes. The staff were very friendly from the front desk clerk to the restaurant manager.
The hotel was bright and clean. Our room included a microwave and...

Mine was directly behind the front desk and I expected it to be a bit noisy, but instead it was a wonderful quiet night of sleep! The hotel was crazy busy with meetings and events, but even on the lobby floor( which is up a level from the entrance) - no noise!

Everything I expect and desire from Hilton Garden chain--room amenities were plentiful and acceptable; check-in was smooth; a few minor maintenance issues were tended to quickly and effectively. Even though our suite faced Route 7 (major thoroughfare with cars and trucks grinding up and down a hill) the road noise wasn't obtrusive--we slept well. If you're a particularly light sleeper...

No complaints on my stay while visiting RPI for work. Great location down the street from campus.

We chose this hotel as it was near to all that we had to travel to for a funeral. It was very clean, quiet (room on the back) easy to get to and reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable the shower better than in most hotels. Would highly recommend
