My check-in was pleasant and efficient, and I was given useful information about nearby restaurants. The hotel is single story and sprawling so it was a bit of a walk to my room. Hello, thank you for staying and for the info. There are actually 2 doors there one on your side and one on the other, they were there from the org. building. When we did our remodel, they were insulated and sound proofing was placed between them and sealed off, we don't really use them, that's why the desk blocks that... More

Seeing we are a non smoking hotel, this can be a challenge on where to put smoking locations that are also accommodating for our guests that do smoke. Great price, great service, great rooms, what more is there to say. Travelling from TN to NY each state's hotels kept going up in price and lower in quality, usually stayed in Days Inn or Best Western. Its not to difficult listing to people that enjoy there stay,,If you in town this summer , I'll have the new outdoor pool and beer garden going, but even though your more then welcome I do have to draw the line and keep your dog out of the pool. Matthew More

“enjoyable stay”

Stayed mar 30 /31 2012.The hotel staff were great. Room was clean and tidy.The GM went out of his way to greet us and looked after a parcel delivered a week before we arrived.Would recommened this hotel to anyone staying in Watertown.
