We had two amazing holidays in Imani. From the hospitality, food, atmosphere and wonderful staff the whole experience was perfect. We will definitely go back as soon as we can.

Clean, spacious rooms, very good value for money. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly. There is wi-fi and the will let you use the hotel’s laptop free of charge. The resto-bar area is a “treehouse” overlooking the beach with a fantastic sunset view.
The beach is NOT nice – the water is shallow and...

Four of us spent 13 nights at the Imani. Having chose to holiday in Zanzibar we then picked the Imani based largely on what the majority of contributors to Trip Advisor had written about the Lodge. We weren’t disappointed in any way whatsoever. Mind you that’s not to say that as we approached the Lodge very hot and very tired...

we've just come back from an eight night stay at imani. From being picked up at the airport by Nassau the imani driver to leaving we were completely attended to and looked after. the villa is situated in the heart of bububu, with it's own private beach. Imani Beach is ideally located close to Stone Town. A 10,000 shilling taxi drive or 300 shillings on a dala dala.
We stayed a week and found the...

This is our second time at Imani and third visit to Zanzibar, and the first time we've returned to a place outside of South Africa. First visit was February 2011. As first time visitors as Europeans (yes, we're actually Swedish) it could be overwhelming. The humidity, the 'pole pole' (it is Swahili for slowly) but to be honest the most...

We had such a great stay at Imani. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed and welcoming with all of the staff being very helpful and friendly. The rooms are simple but large and elegant. The restaurant area is informal and a great place to enjoy a very tasty (and very reasonable) meal including fresh local seafood. The treehouse bar is fantastic...

50 Charachers isn't enough to describe this Hotel, it really is a piece of paradise, Simon and his team have created a Hotel, which feels like home. The food is beautiful, the rooms have a great feel, the individuals that work there are lovely, thank you to the 2 Hadjits, Abbas, Hussein - and your brother! Titu also. The area...

Imani Beach Villa is a small, beautiful and friendly hotel just outside Stone Town. I couldn't have asked for more from my stay. Beautiful rooms, lovely gardens, delicious food and lots of cute little corners to relax in, the tree house bar being a particular higlight. It was without a doubt my most favourite of all the places we stayed...
