Ive been coming here for thirty years and there's a good mix of people. Trailers are very close to each other. Pools are pretty clean. Camp,store is good enough. Good prices for close to beach. If you want fancy it's not here. If you want value and a few good ol boys this is the place.

Great location. Great views. Staff rude!! They are miserable people that hate their job, management needs to hire new front desk staff!!

stayed at Treasure beach and mostly the people were rude, the staff at check in were less than helpful, had friends staying nearby but could not come in to visit without paying a fee, bath houses were dirty looking and smelled bad
