Great place from the view of the grounds to the bath robes. This place has the best of all. We stayed in the Studio apt we like the patio, the private entrance, the hot tub right outside our door. It is located on the river and the grounds and view is amazing. Food is outstanding!!! The bed slept very well... More

Claudia Clark was a great hostess for our MiataZ Touring Club....4 couples. The accomodations were clean, quaint and quiet, The property is beautiful. But....the breakfasts were the highlights. I have never had 2 such glorious breakfasts back-to-back. Claudia is a terrific cook. We will choose Sweet Season for every return trip to Blowing Rock as long as Claudis will have... More

Claudia is a gracious hostess and a wonderful cook. The breakfasts were yummy with lots of fresh fruit. The setting was just wonderful with a large yard surrounded by a creek and lovely trees. Just perfect for a relaxing nap or spot to read. The house was ideal for two couples with a great patio to have wine and cheese.... More

We stumbled upon this bed & breakfast by accident. Thank goodness we did. Claudia is an amazing person with a true heart for others. The food was out of this world. The setting and atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. We are planning to return many times and making this our little getaway location. We have told many friends about this... More

Wow!!!! What a great, relaxing spot!! My wife and I have stayed at Sweet Season several times, but each time seems better than the last. This year we decided to celebrate our birthdays (four days apart in March) by spending two nights in Asheville at a four diamond B&B; then two nights at Sweet Season. We ended up spending THREE... The Garden Room was horrible. The wall between the bathroom and the kitchen did not even go all the way up to the ceiling and then there was no real door between the bedroom and the bathroom. There was a sign up that said, "Slave's Quarters" and in deed that is what it felt like. Claudia was plain rude. We... More

What a charming setting, with a river flowing through the property, a bridge to get to the other side, the sights and sounds were romantic! The facilities were spotless and the food was to die for, and they have nice kittys. This will always be my first choice when headding to the parkway for some R&R. More

My friend and I just spent one night at Sweet Seasons and loved it. Claudia was a fun, welcoming innkeeper and made us feel at home. Although our room was near hers, she gave us privacy and we did not feel uncomfortable with the close quarters. Her breakfast was spectacular. The accomodations were cozy, rustic and comfortable. Luckily, we both... More

We just had a marvelous experience at Sweet Seasons; enjoyed Claudia, her cooking, and conversations, just had a very pleasant relaxed time. While not at the house very much during the day, we found the evenings relaxing and very accommodating for privacy and comfort. We built a fire in our room one evening, loved the private deck and babbling stream... More

I visited Sweet Seasons over a long weekend with family. Two months prior we reserved two rooms located in a separate building on the property. As one room was very small, the idea was to use the other location to gather and spend time together. My first impression of the property was very positive: Beautiful location, lots of open space...
