This is my regular choice in Blowing Rock when it has available rooms. The accomodations are comfortable, the breakfasts PERFECT, and the proprietor a wonderful and very gracious host. I travel extensively, and have found few B&Bs that begin to compare to this beautiful spot. More

My husband and I stayed with the Stone Pillar in mid-September while on a furniture-buying trip to Hickory/Lenoir, NC. The inn occupies an 80-year-old house and is in excellent condition. Enjoyed our stay at Stone Pillar last week very much, owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Highly recommended! More
