Rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. I am working part time in Bryson City and have stayed multiple nights in multiple rooms. No issues with comfort, noise, heat, hot water, mini fridge. For the price this is the best hotel in Bryson City hands down.

Room was not very clean, old motel that needs updating. Very small room with very small bathroom. We stayed here overnight after riding the Polar Express. The next morning when we tried to shower there was NO HOT WATER. We could not wait to get out of there.
