All of advertising states that the king superior rooms have expanded cable, in room coffee and microwave with refrigerator. Not true. None of them existed. No blow dryer in bathroom which is almost standard these days. Good thing we happened to have one with us. But the outlet in the bathroom was on the other side if the room away... More

To begin with, the room rate was nearly $70.00 per night (March 23 & 24, 2012). What's up with that? I mean for a RRI? Really? The rooms were good sized but somewhat dated. The decor was very blah and uninspired. When we checked into our room we found that the air conditioner was not working properly (it had frozen... More

I picked this hotel because of location. I had a class to take near Cary and thought it would be a short drive to class. Also, the price was good ($44 per night). The room was dirty! Carpet has stains all over it and is damp near the outer wall. Musty smell. Dirty around the edges of the room. Heater... More

The room and bathroom was dirty. I should have checked out but was having a medical procedure the next day. Cheaper than other Red Roofs in the area but not workth it. Location is good but that's about it. More

Found this for $35/night on hotwire. The rating takes this into account. I was mainly worried about bed bugs, but there didn't seem to be any, and I'm not itchy after 2 days. Let's be clear--spend the absolute minimum amount of time in the room that you need to. Here's the list of flaws so you can get a picture:... More

Before booking the room through an internet travel site, we called the hotel directly. The rate when we called directly was a fair amount more than the price on the web. That's OK, because that's sometimes how it works. We had a lot of trouble understanding the desk clerk due to native language differences. I was not able to specify... More

We had to stay here with our dogs recently after some water damage at our house in Raleigh. We chose this hotel because we've had good stays at other Red Roof Inns in the past, the hotel is dog friendly, and we were looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay a night or two as we repaired the damage. The room... More

This Red Roof provides the usual good price, while I've found the rooms to be clean. The staff was helpful in providing information about the area, while the hotel is in an excellent location. I'll be sure to stay there again the next time I visit. More

Filthy room, filthy bathroom floor, smelly hallways, bad coffee, no hairdryer. Bed was clean, though. Try Holiday Inn near this location, just redone in past year. New, nice, and clean. More
