The Ritz Carlton does an exemplary job at customer service. Check in is a breeze, accommodations are exceptional, and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The rooms are plush, comfortable, and well appointed. i don't want to leave my room. Charlotte's downtown is very trendy and a great place to walk around in. Amazing 5 Stars!!

the hotel is a Ritz-Carlton with all of the upgraded recent changes to a new beautiful hotel. it is convenient to downtown football, basketball and baseball. the hotel facilities are deluxe and offer accommodations for personal formal entertainment and weddings. the restaurants are frequented by the local population because it has an excellent reputation providing attentive service. a must visit.
