The only saving grace of this hotel is the location. Our room had a super firm, sideways turned king bed. A duvet cover with no duvet, a remote that didnt work and stained stained stained carpet. The bathroom was tiny but the tile around the shower looked new as did the granite on the counter. The staff was friendly. More

This is my second time staying at this hotel - both times for couples weekend in Charlotte. It is very easy to get to and next to the epicenter (use the pedestrian bridge on 2nd floor to get there without having to worry about traffic lights).
