Stayed for Business. Room was decent sized with good internet connectivity. This hotel is always clean and relatively quiet with good customer service. The only complaint I would have is the bed. I have stayed here before and the bed was great, but this time the bed had a definite lump between where the two sides of the bed meet.

Great accommodations, hospitality, location, and dining experience. They treat you very well, and are there for you 24/7. We will be staying here at least twice a year. Staff is very knowledgeable and have always greeted us with a smile.

Good location. Safe area. Good selection of restaurants (albeit mostly chains). We tried a local place "Lancasters Ribs" - pretty good. there's a PF Changs that we'll try next time. Clean Efficient and close to I-77.

Outstanding service and great accomodations. I have stayed heere quite a few times. I am more tan satisfied every single time. The staff is very friendly and very accomodating. I would recommend Hilton Garden Inns to anyone, for business or pleasure.

Very nice hotel, close to shopping and Charlotte attractions. I was here on business but the garden decor in the lobby lent itself to a relaxing time. My co-wroker and I worked in the lobby one morning it was so nice.
