I would rate this hotel 15 on a scale of 1-10! From the woman who assisted with the reservations to Jonathan/Sheryl at the front desk to Donnie the driver- our experience was amazing. Every staff member encountered went above and beyond! The rooms were above excellent- roomy, comfy, cozy and extremely clean!! Exceeded my expectations!

My husband and I went to Charlotte NC for a concert to celebrate our 28th wedding Anniversary. We chose this Hotel because of location, price and value. It offered much more than other much more expensive hotels in the area. We had a wonderful time!

Stayed for a quick night as I had to stay nearthe airport. Shuttle service was perfect, the room was big and well appointed and you couldn't beat the value. Too bad the pool was closed but it was still early in the season so I understand.

I travel a lot for work and pleasure and unapologetically Homewood Suites is my preferred stay if one if in the area I'm headed. The Charlotte airport Homewood is very representative of the chain...everything was clean, well furnished, everything worked, the room (this was a King Suite) was a generous size, and the breakfast had great variety incl. hot options.... This was a great hotel for our early morning flight, though we left so early we didn't get a chance to experience either their breakfast or use their shuttle. Nice hotel, very clean. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Great hotel to stay at in the Charlotte, NC area! My husband and I decided to take a road trip for our anniversary and ended up at this hotel. We stayed in one of their suites. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable!
