Very helpful and friendly desk staff. Clean room and bath. The room was small. There was space on a nice window bench to set luggage, etc. which was nice. Bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and comforter. Temperature adjustment was perfect. And the motel was quiet. We really like staying at this property and have been doing so for the last 4 years. It is tucked away behind a gas station on a pretty busy main street. The hotel was clean and the rate was fair. The complimentary breakfast has fruit, bread (for toasting), bagels, fresh waffles (self-made), hard-boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, cereals and of course coffee, tea, juice and milk. Outdoor pool was nice and clean, staff was excellent, free continental breakfast with waffles was a nice change. Close to downtown Charlotte and the interstate. No complaints will stay again if in the area. More
