Hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice flat screen. Shower and bathroom area all very nice. Lobby inviting and modern. Also very nice pool area. Location was close enough to airport, but far enough not to,hear noise.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. It is close to mall and restaurants. Courtyard Marriott was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Pillows on the bed were just not comfortable and ac was either too cold or hot ( no in between). Trip was alright other then this.

Looks newly remodeled and very business friendly. Very spacious lobby with restaurant and bar service. Business center has all your computer needs covered. Room was very quiet with what appeared to be new furnishings. Lives up to the Marriott name. Very convenient to downtown and mall shopping.

We stayed here while in Charlotte for my cousin's wedding. It was clean and just what we needed! We enjoyed sitting by the pool and meeting in the lobby to visit with family. We had a great time in Charlotte! If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at other Courtyards before but this was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is very modern and cool, with a very inviting fireplace in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the beds are very cozy. Great location, friendly staff and good food available.

My second stay here. Room was comfy. Front desk was friendly. Bartender was friendly. Only drawback was when I reached for the moisterizer and it was empty. First time staying at this Courtyard in Charlotte and one with a balcony but all in all it was very nice and the staff was friendly. My room was facing the courtyard and it would be nice if the weather was warmer but cant blame the hotel for that. Location was good, close to the mall and food.
