Proximity to services and office. Very professional and serviceable staff. Parts of parking are remote and hidden from security. I use this hotel regularly for business trips. Waterfront is a great place, modern, clean and unexpected.

My husband and I stayed here for ConCarolinas. We loved the hotels location. The water view with all the restaurants and shopping was great. The location is a safe place. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The only down fall is you have to request a fridge for your room. We will gladly stay here everytime in town.

Mornings are hard for most people, especially in the hustle and bustle of a business trip, but the breakfast staff in the dining room of this hotel made starting my day not only easy but pleasurable. They were attentive, helpful and the breakfast was healthy and good.

Comfortable. Clean. Good Service. There on business and my room was on the 10th floor, Executive Level. Comp Breakfast was outstanding, coupled with the Managers Happy Hours @ around 5:00pm; Bottomless Beer, Wine and Great FOOD, Excellent views. Top shelf...... Lobby level bar, great flow throughout the hotel. I recommend.

You would stay here if you had business in the area, as it is 20-30 minutes from downtown Charlotte by taxi or bus. It's a basic Hilton, but the staff makes it special. I was the wedding coordinator for a wedding that was held at the hotel (Ceremony and Reception)....I stayed at the hotel as well. It was GREAT!!! My children stayed as well, and the hotel was centrally located to many resturants and stores that's in walking distance. Very convenient!

This was my first trip to North Carolina and we were going to the All-Star race. We were in a room on the 10 floor (Executive Level). The Hilton's staff was so amazing (Emily B.)! Anytime I needed to meet or anything that I may have needed they made sure it happened and was in a timely manner.
