Enjoyed our stay, but was didn't realize that room had no microwave. After speaking with the Asst Mgr at the front desk, I was advised that I could use the microwave in the employee lounge. I really appreciated the extra effort to meet my needs.

Overall they did well, though a few minor details were overlooked. The external appearance of the hotel was unimpressive, but the accommodations were very good. I was disappointed to not have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and felt the price was high for what we received.

My room was excellent, bed comfy and the guest service attendants were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel again. I ended up leaving my charger in the room and even after I had checked out the front desk lady was extremely helpful in making sure I got it back. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are very nice. The service was excellent at the front desk and restaurant. The food is prepared very well and concern for guests was obviously top priority. The Chef came out to confirm satisfaction with the food. Staff is very attentive to details and to guests.

Although the airport Doubletree isn't super close to the airport, it is an easy drive and has the advantage of little aircraft noise. The hotel itself is very nice, in excellent condition, with good rooms. The staff was outstanding.
