Stayed in this hotel 3 times in the last year as our son plays travel baseball. Have always been pleased with this property, however the hotel is newly remodeled making it even better. Lobby is gorgeous. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast has variety to choose from. Good location near restaurants and shopping.

Horrible horrible pace. I would not recommend this place at all. Smells like paint. Terrible parking. The staff was rude. Breakfast was stopped at 10 am even though it was supposed to go to 1030. Just bad experience. Save your money and stay at the nicer HIE next door.

They warn you about the remodeling currently going on bu, that's no reason for all the problems this place has. Parking is scarce and you end up far from the door in an area that doesn't feel secure at night. I whole heartedly concur w/ other reviews concerning the staff. They were excellent. The hotel is being renovated so somewhat of a mess and understandable. However, doing floor tile work at night just outside the room door wasn't the best for relaxing.
