Very well kept hotel, with polite and friendly staff. The staff made my family feel very welcomed and were very helpful upon our arrival and checkin, as we did not have a reservation. I would stay here again if in the area and would recommend this Hilton location to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

We were travelling and decided to crash here for the night. We made a great choice and were nothing but pleased with our stay. It was our 3 year old daughter's first hotel experience as well...she really enjoyed "our home for the night"!

I stayed here for business, it's a great hotel. The convention center is next door within walking distance. My room was clean, bed was comfortable (the hotel has gone the way of multiple tiny pillows, I hate this), bathroom was nice, no problems to report.

This Greenville Hilton was extremely dirty! Had to be moved three times due to maintenance issues! Checked into the room with a toilet seat on top of the sink. Staff was very cordial. Meeting rooms were comfortable...comfortable chairs, comfortable room temperature. Many great restaurants near the hotel. Hotel lounge had great entertainment, beverages, and food. Cocktails were reasonable priced. Hotel offers a beautiful outdoor pool with expansive pool deck. I'd definitely stay there again next time in Greenville NC.

The only drawback of our stay was the drainage of the bathtub. It was very slow causing water to stand in the tub during showers. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. It was nice and relaxing.
