Great location in Highands, NC. Nice home base for photographing the many waterfalls in western North Carolina. Clean rooms, excellent value. Very friendly staff. Convenient to downtown shopping and restarunts. Highly recommended.

As other reviewers have noted, the rooms are somewhat dated. But we have stayed here 3 times and have always had a good experience. The rooms have always been clean, the staff friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, and even an afternoon wine social on some days. And the location is absolutely unbeatable.
