Can't really say anything bad staff was very accommodating. Room was ok not the worst I have seen but not the best. Stayed four nights and beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. For the price this was a good stay.

I was only going to be in tow 14 hours so I was looking for a cheap room - I got it! I would not stay here again and my ratings are being liberal. It's a low end hotel but was basically clean. Staff was cordial.

Overall nice stay (Feb 2013). Had no problems with room, however, I requested a first floor room well in advance and didn't get it - even arrived early. Would I come back - yes! I found the parking lot a little difficult to manuever around in. Though in downtown jacksonville, very little traffic noise.

I made reservation on line. The reservation receipt said WYNDHAM. So we looked for a while for a WYNDHAM. NOT KNOWING IT WAS A RAMADA RUN BY WYNDHAM. Got to the hotel and they did not have reservation until I produced confirmation and then they FOUND IT. Room smelled. The AC unit was broken so you could not adjust it.
